Session players in town
NUMBER 39 Hopstar Brewery Tap in Bridge Street, Darwen, hosts Drop The Floor on Thursday who will be promoting their debut CD ‘Raise The Roof’.
Organiser Gary Ward, from Darwen Music Projects, said: “These are four fine traditional session players who are starting to gain a solid reputation, and rightly so.
“Support comes from Oishala and this promises to be a cracking world/folk roots night at the best small acoustic venue in the North West, right here in the centre of Darwen.”
Admission is free. The gig starts at 9pm.
