YOUNG people are being offered the chance to try sporting activities for free.
A celebration evening is being held at All Seasons Leisure Centre. Chorley, to mark the success of the Doorstep Sports Clubs, which offer a variety of sport and social activities.
At the event, on Saturday, April 26 youngsters aged 13 to 19 years will have exclusive use of All Seasons Leisure Centre from 7pm to 10pm for a range of activities including football, trampoline, badminton, table tennis, rugby, basketball, skateboarding plus ramps, pool, computer gaming, sumo suits and more.
The swimming pool will also be open for fun on the giant inflatables.
Tickets for the celebration night are available from the council’s Union Street offices.
Chorley Council runs two club nights every week – Friday nights at Clayton Green Sports Centre and Saturday nights at All Seasons, both between 7pm and 9pm.
