Flag change
THE Union Jack that flies beside Rishton’s cenotaph is being replaced.
The flag took a battering over the winter months and was left looking ‘tatty’ according to one local councillor.
One of the spotlights that illuminates the cenotaph was also out, and will also be replaced.
