A TALK on the medieval markets in Bowland is set to be given in the Ribble Valley next week.
Local historian Alan Crosby, whose recent presentations have included the history of Preston Guild, workhouses and the River Ribble, will give the talk on Wednesday, April 16, at Slaidburn Village Hall.
The talk will be preceded by the Friends of Bowland AGM at 6.30pm.
Refreshments will be provided.
