SCI-fi fans across East Lancashire will descend on Burnley Football Club early next month.
On Star Wars day – May 4 – or ‘May the Fourth (Be With You)’, fans of the George Lucas epic series will get the chance to dine with the stars of the Star Wars saga.
The dinner, in aid of East Lancashire Hospice, will feature a bucks fizz reception, a three-course dinner with coffee, entertainment, fundraising activities, and a Star Wars actor at each table.
The only name to be released at the time of going to print was Bonnie Piesse, who starred in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
Tickets for the event, to be held from 10.30am to 4pm at the club in Harry Potts Way, cost £40.
