A CORONER has adjourned the inquest into the death of a man who fell 30ft from the window of the Salvation Army building, in Blackburn.
Anthony Goldie, 35, who was staying at the hostel, in Heaton Street, suffered a severe trauma to his head and lower limbs in the fall, on November 19 last year.
Paramedics tried CPR, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Michael Singleton, coroner for Blackburn, Hyndburn and Ribble Valley, said he needed more witness reports from people, including doctors, police officers, and case managers, before the full inquest could take place. He said he would wait to hear from witnesses before setting a date.
