New-build B&B bid in Ribble Valley
A NEW bed and breakfast will be built in the Ribble Valley if plans are approved by the borough council.
Applicants Shaw and Jagger Architects want to demolish all the buildings at The Eaves in Pendleton Road, Wiswell, and erect a new bed and breakfast. The house, kennels and outbuildings would be torn down if the application is given the go-ahead.
The applicant has said the plans have a reduced footprint compared to a similar application submitted in 2012.
