THREE taxi drivers stripped of their licences by Rossendale Council have had their appeals dismissed by magistrates.
Qasim Ali, 51, of Burnage, had a conviction for pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to harassment.
Haroon Shahzad, 30, of Oldham, was found guilty of using a vehicle uninsured against third party risks and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence in June 2012.
And Syed Burnham Ahmed, 29, of Oldham, had been cautioned by Greater Manchester Police in October 2012 for an offence of common assault.
