A NEW static caravan park could be built in the Ribble Valley if plans are approved later this year.
Clitheroe-based planning agents Gary Hoerty Associates have submitted the application for Higher Farm in Paythorne in behalf of applicant and resident Steve Green.
The 12 lodges at the Kiln Lane site would be used as holiday lets.
In a letter to the council, Gary Hoerty, said: “The park homes have been designed to incorporate materials that are sympathetic to the rural location.”
Residents have been given until Monday, March 10, to submit their opinions on the proposed development to Ribble Valley Borough Council.
The plan will be discussed by the council in the coming months.
