PLANS to turn a shop with three-bedroom living accomodation into two flats have been approved.
The end terrace property, in Queensberry Road, Burnley, but will now be converted into two bedroom flats.
Giving the green light, planning officers said in a report: “The proposal would see the property converted, with two bedrooms, bathroom and living room and kitchen on each floor.
“A new doorway from Queensberry Road would serve the upper flat. The ground floor have access via the retained corner street-door.
“The flats would provide modest housing accommodation, well lit, with good access and appropriate facilities.“
