THE headteacher of Norden High School, in Stourton Street, Rishton, has warned he will ‘not hesitate to take action’ against any students promoting the NekNominate craze.
The craze, which has been implicated in several deaths, involves people filming themselves downing alcohol, nominating someone to continue the game, and posting the video on Facebook.
In a letter home to parents, Tim Mitchell wrote: “Obviously this is extremely dangerous and we would not hesitate to take action against any person promoting such behaviour.”
“I am increasingly concerned.”
