ALMOST 100 people raised £200 for an Oswaldtwistle church by taking part in a quiz night.
People’s mental skills, memory, and general knowledge were tested on a range of subjects at Rhyddings Methodist Church, in Chapel Street.
The family evening saw teams of adults and children tucking into a pie and peas supper.
Oswaldtwistle restaurant, Franco’s Ristorante Pizzeria, donated the main prize of a meal, and spot prizes were also won.
Organiser Anne Kirman said: “It was a great night. We wanted to host something that would bring the community together.”
