TWO new canopies have been proposed for the outside of a Rossendale centre – to provide play opportunity whatever the Valley’s climate might bring. Plans have been lodged with borough council for two coverings outside Haslingden Community Link, in Bury Road, by chief executive Andrew Walmsley.
One of the canopies will serve the Sunflower Room. And the second structure will provide a similar facility for the Bluebell Room.
