PLANS to open a new takeaway in Clitheroe have been rejected by Ribble Valley Borough Council. Applicant Zobina Kausar sought to change the use of 35 Whalley Road into a hot food takeaway and install a new duct to the rear. The plans also included a new entrance door to 37 Whalley Road.
