INDEPENDENT Great Harwood councillor Ian Robinson will stand as a UKIP candidate for the next local election, it was announced. Coun Robinson said he was also considering putting his name forward as a UKIP candidate at the next general election. The 59-year-old said: “We have got to look at Europe.”
