redevelopment of a former shopping centre in Colne could yet become a reality.
In 2010, bosses at Asda sought planning permission to turn the former Boundary Mills complex in Corporation Street into three separate retail units.
The plans were approved but development has not started within the three- year time frame specified as part of the planning permission.
But the supermarket has now submitted the same application again to convert the former complex, which has been empty since 2008.
