Thornton-in-Craven man faces violence charges
A MAN appeared at Burnley Crown Court, accused of Boxing Day violence in Barnoldswick.
Shane Edward Chew, 26, of Cam Lane, Thornton-in-Craven, is charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm. He is also accused of assaulting a PC, resisting police and causing damage to a pair of spectacles.
He was bailed until February 17, on condition he does not contact witnesses and does not enter Barnoldswick, except to attend work.
