100 Voices to be heard in Blackburn
THE first event of Blackburn with Darwen Council’s revived ‘100 Voices’ initiative will be held at King George’s Hall’s Windsor Suite on Thursday, starting at 5.30pm.
Council leader Kate Hollern and her executive team will be available for an hour-long question and answer session for the selected residents to raise issues which concern them.
