Crime fell in past year in Whitworth
CRIME in Whitworth fell in 2013, according to Lancashire Police.
PC Vinnie Hopkins told a meeting of Whitworth Town Council that officers were aware of the problem of young people congregating around the Riverside Civic Hall in Market Street.
