Breath refusal driver from Cloughfold fined
ROLAND Rudzitis, 46, of Albert House, Bacup Road, Cloughfold, has been fined £70 with £85 costs by Pennine magistrates after he admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis on December 10 and having no insurance for a Audi 100 Quattro car.
