A 28-YEAR-old woman who stole property from a charity shop was stopped later by police who searched her bag and found the goods.
Lindsey Anne Standaloft, of Heaton Street, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to stealing four digiboxes worth £40 from British Heart Foundation.
She was sentenced to 16 weeks in custody suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £80 costs.
Paul Huxley, defending, said his client was trying to turn her life around.
