RESIDENTS have been reminded they could win an Apple iPad 4 if they sign up to Hyndburn Council’s e-billing scheme before the end of November.
The council hopes the paperless method will save paper, time and money.
And it has offered several prizes to encourage residents to sign up, including a Kindle Fire HD, tickets to see Accrington Stanley FC, or afternoon tea for two at the Black Horse Food Emporium in Accrington.
