THE owner of a property in Holly Bank, off Entwistle Hall Lane in Turton, has applied for retrospective planning permission to retain and complete a partially-constructed greenhouse in his front garden.
Blackburn with Darwen councillors will decide on his plea tonight after two objections from neighbours.
