A COUNCIL-run workshop will offer Blackburn with Darwen residents the chance to make positive changes to their life on Wednesday, July 31.
The one-off session at the Your Support Your Choice centre in Town Hall Street, Blackburn will help identify barriers to change and solutions to overcome them.
