A STAFF member from the Wilko store, in Burnley, has raised money for Pendleside Hospice by taking on a charity walk.
Stock file controller Karen Hartley walked more than seven miles around the base of Pendle Hill, raising more than £65. The donation was made as part of Wilko’s commitment to support local charities, and saw team members support Karen by asking shoppers, friends, and family for donations.Karen said: “The sponsored walk was a great success.”
