QASIM Dar has been given backdated permission by Blackburn with Darwen planning committee to continue to use his premises Chester Chicken at Copy Nook in Audley as a hot food takeaway. He was also allowed to provide a first floor seating area with five tables and to install a larger front widow on the seated area.
