A BLACKBURN man has been jailed by Accrington magistrates for four months for stealing a hand tool and for driving away from two petrol stations without paying for fuel.
Aleksejs Pugovka, 20, of Tarbert Crescent, Blackburn, was given a four week concurrent prison sentence for stealing a JCB drill worth £220 and for stealing fuel worth more than £50.
