PARAMEDICS were called to Burnley Mechanics Theatre after a guest at the Mayor’s Civic Ball suffered a head injury.
The man hit his head on a chair after slipping at around 11pm on Friday.
Mayor of Burnley Coun Charles Bullas said he had spoken to the man, who was ‘recovering well at home’.
