I SEE Blackburn is getting another Poundland shop. Just another nail in The Mall’s coffin. Another reason to go to Preston on Saturdays. We Blackburn-ers do have some money to spend, you know, we don’t all like cheap shops! I thought Blackburn was upping its game.
