IT is understandable that the media et al blame Government Ministers for the widespread panic we saw at petrol stations, for without doubt the comments made by Francis Maude were totally irresponsible and inflammatory.
However, the real reason for the panic is that stupid and selfish drivers, lacking any common sense, have again shown us all what a nation of ignorant, thoughtless and ‘I dont give a damn about anybody else as long as I'm OK’ people we are.
What a very sad world we live in.
