My husband and I had a lovely stroll through Sunnyhurst Wood in Darwen on Easter Saturday.

It was beautiful seeing the different shades of the new green on the trees that made a canopy over the bluebells on the ground.

And congratulations to the person that carved out the trees that had been sawed down, a squirrel, then a kingfisher, an owl, and last a frog.

I saw one to the left on the higher path, but couldn't make out what that was, because I was far too far away.
