I FULLY agree with Messrs Dyer and Eggleston (LT, April 22): ‘Isn’t this country simple jiggered?’ There is no respect for laws at all. People drop litter, park on disabled bays without authorisation, now we have a cult of running red traffic lights and under-age drinking.
When jailed sex offender Mr Hussain is released from his holiday, he should beg to be deported. He will probably be better off – we will.
Future governments have to get tough lest we sink further into the abyss.
