AFTER reading all the stories about the different reasons why our traffic wardens book honest, law-abiding people for so-called illegal parking, my wife recently parked outside our house to unload some shopping bags.
Five minutes later, while unpacking the bags, one of these wardens put a ticket on our car.
When I confronted her she would not even look at me, let alone speak.
Thank you Blackburn with Darwen Council for not even letting us park outside our own house for five minutes to unload shopping, without one of these miserable (for want of a better word) people sticking a ticket on our car.
The owner of a van parked not far from us told the traffic warden he had broken down and did not get a ticket, I must remember that next time.
Never mind, the next time we go shopping we will throw it out of the window as we are passing our house, perhaps we won't be breaking the law then!
