WITH reference to the story "£9m cash splash" (LET, February 10), about plans to knock down and rebuild a leisure complex in Darwen, my concerns are users will miss out on two years' swimming as classes and clubs while the work is done.
What plans have been made for this? How has this crack across the bottom of the pool occurred?
Surely it hasn't just appeared, so why wasn't it noticed sooner and repaired?
