IN response to Andy1 (Online Debate, October 3), does he think that the decent kids are the majority and that makes it OK?
If this sort of anti-social behaviour is allowed to carry on at the rate it is doing, then the decent majority will certainly end up in the minority. I agree that they should be named and shamed no matter how young they are and get their pictures slapped all over their towns.
