IN reply to Councillor Salim Mulla on the extension of the detention of suspected terrorist offenders.
One can understand the concern of the Muslim community but these actions of terrorism seem to be committed by people who are, or have been, attached to the Muslim religion in some form.
It may seem unfair but the guilty have besmirched your faith through their actions.
An example of this is when our English football fans go abroad.
Those who create trouble bring disgrace and mistrust to all who are entirely innocent and have had no part in the violence.
The prime policy of our government is always to protect and keep safe the population of adults and children in our country. This may cause some concern to some faiths and other faiths and religions who are living here at this time.
I am sure you understand the gravity of the situation which this government has to deal with.
These sadistic and evil acts are being committed all over the eastern world.
These religious maniacs have no human feelings. They even end up slaughtering their own people, so they must be rounded up and put out of harm's way.
