RE the story "£47,700 for pub nightmare" (LT, April 27) in which it is stated police agree to settlement after Jubilee stormed' .
Am I right in thinking that the £47,700 will come out of the Council Tax precept or, in other words, will the council tax payer have to foot the bill?
