REGARDING the story on the Pop Artists Exhibition at Sunnyhurst Wood) April 24). I have to say that although the photo was very striking, the information is sorely lacking.
I have seen the exhibition and there is more than Pop Arts' on display.
Around 60 pieces include abstracts and photos of the interior of the now demolished Sun Paper Mill and Blackburn from 20 years ago.
Also pen and pencil sketches of Blackburn and Darwen, and some aerial perspectives, which include World War Two aircraft.
These are the most original works I have seen and although I am no great fan of Pop Art there is something for everyone.
