Such a pity
RE, BACK TO THE FUTURE: Face of Blackburn Central Library revealed A pity so little remains of the interior of the 1970’s ‘new’ library which was excellent - a superb Children’s Library and cafe all swept away a few years ago the reduced further in recent years to an impoverished ‘rump’ on the ground floor - a pale shadow of the library it used to be. It’s what’s on the inside which matters most!
