HAVING read about the plans to create a new garden centre in Colne going before a planning committee, I agree about the traffic concerns and that is why we need a bypass!
I do think Boundary Mill has done wonders for Colne and hopefully a garden centre will bring more people to spend money in other small businesses in the town. All this has to be positive for the area, surely.
