The attitude to driving in Blackburn leaves a lot to be desired and is indicative, without being too judgmental, of a certain mentality.
The prime situation is driving along streets and roads where there are parked vehicles and only one vehicle at a time is able to drive through.
Instead of one or two vehicles coming through alternately from either side, impatient drivers just follow the vehicle in front and keep coming until several bottlenecks are formed and traffic is at a standstill.
It is discourteous and is selfish.
This happens every day especially during the evenings.
Patience is not a weakness; it is the solution and a strength.
