RE ‘Blackburn and Darwen GP surgeries paid for 'ghost patients' still on their registers (LT, January 17), does anyone know if this is the same for dentists? With moving and being unhappy with my first dentist, I believe three dentists have my name on their register, this after I have informed them all of my new circumstances.
