You have to ring in the morning on average 10 to 15 times to get through, if you’re lucky, and when you do get an appointment they are often running late by up to one and a half hours, for no apparant reason.
No wonder people go to Accrington Victoria.
Doctors should be made to provide a service suitable to the needs of the customers like all businesses do. That includes weekends and evenings.
The only reason people use Accrington Victoria is the hours of opening and no appointments.
