SO, it has been decided not to allow the old Ridgewood School building in Stoneyholme, Burnley, to be used by community groups (LT, July 15).
Lancashire County council are a law to themselves and feel they do not have to respond to letters or give explanations.
Where accountability for their inadequate actions is concerned, they rather blame somebody else. Hypocrites!
