I WANTED to take the opportunity to thank Gregg Fletcher, of Purple Tiger/ Ramsbottom Business Group, and Ruth Shedwick, of Bury Council, for organising yet another highly successful event – Ramsbottom’s first (and hopefully annual) Pie Festival. The weather was fantastic and stall holders sold out quickly.
Ramsbottom is proving quite rightly that it is one of the key tourist attractions in the North West, thanks to the dedicated hard work of our band of volunteers and the destination management team at the council.
