I disagree with your Comment (LT, July 4) on Reservists deserving their reward.
Why should we be making full-time, highly trained soldiers redundant and be replacing them with part- time reservists?
Surely these people should be stood down in favour of the full-time soldiers.
This is typical folly of the Tories trying to get every public service on the cheap.
It will come back to haunt us as a nation.
