I WAS travelling up Manxman Road, Blackburn, at about 9.40pm on Saturday, June 22.
As I approached the speed indicator, I was doing 18mph and I indicated to turn right and started my turn when a silver Vauxhall sped past me and made me brake hard.
I blew my horn but he just sped off and I was shocked and dazed, as there is a blanket speed limit in all of Higher Croft.
I think something should be done about the people exceeding the limit.
