RE: ‘New life for derelict East Lancashire homes’, I cannot help but wonder if the owners of some of these properties that are derelict now, are thinking to themselves that they are going to get an handout to make improvements.
Gladly, it’s not the case, as your property will be compulsory purchased, done up then sold on at a reduced market price, to get a quick turnaround, with any profits made ploughed back into the scheme.
