SO, public toilets in Padiham could be closed after complaints that men are using them for ‘unacceptable sexual conduct’ (LT, June 5).
Once again, the decent majority lose a facility because of abuse by the indecent minority. In Pendle, there is a recycling facility that is abused by shopkeepers who dump their rubbish there during the night.
Do the council try to catch the perpetrators? No they do not. They just take the easy way out and take the skips away!
Like I have said, once again the law-abiding majority lose out to the law-breaking minority.
