A CHORLEY teenager who was arrested in Accrington in breach of a bail condition not to enter Lancashire told police he didn't realise Accrington was in the county.
And magistrates heard when he asked a probation worker if Accrington was in Lancashire, they said: "No it's in Hyndburn."
Stuart Young, 19, of the Stables, Hyndburn Street, admitted breach of bail.
He was bailed to appear at Preston Crown Court on December 8 over an alleged affray.
The chairman said the bench had accepted Young did not know Accrington was in Lancashire.
"So there can be no further mistakes the bail condition will be altered so that you can not enter the Borough of Chorley," he added.
